The world is advancing and bending new possibilities. The time has become way more rapid and unpredictable. Humans are now capable of building humanoids, space crafts, dwelling deep down in the oceans and what not.
Have you ever wondered how humans have been able to push endless posibilities?
Well, getting close to tech and seperation to mythological thoughts seemed to be the easiest explanations. However we are seeing a shift in it too! The world leaders are no more shying away from claiming that roots brought success to them.
With a seed of this thought in the reel world today, we are here to explore the relevance of Gita in today’s world. The roots are the birth but till how long can they serve as the way of advancement. We bringing similar lessons from the holy book Gita, the greatest teacher of all, to help you in greatest time of dilemma.

Lesson 1: Reunication
The sacrifice of materialism and connecting to the idea of goodness of the society prevails. Lets take the example of Tata’s. The most renowned and respected business leaders India ever had!
The very basic idea of Tata’s were upon building and helping the country. Business associated with greater good than person profit always bring a long term support. The world seems to feel unified to the idea of your business. And any company which has won the support of its nation is a long standing business.
Lesson 2: Change is the constant
The rapid changing world demands upgradation and advancement. The company which is not adapting has no reason to compete for long in the world. Many ground breaking companies had tough time due to loss of adaptation. Take the example of Kodak, BlackBerry, Nokia and for instance Google. Google was given a tough time by Chat GPT because somewhere Google became stagnant enough for its search engine.
On the other hand Kodak and BlackBerry had to eventually shutdown. The only reason for the sufferig of all these big giants were slow or loss of adaptibility.
Lesson 3: EQ and EI
The core of Gita transcends on controlling emotions like; anger, bias, love and overconfidence. The leaders today who are able to control their emotions and develop EQ and EI (Emotional Quotient and Emotional Intelligence) are hard to replace.
We are filled with stories of toxic work culture these days. After listening to these stories not only the consumers disconnect with the business but also the employees. It is the duty of every business to keep their people happy be it internal or external users.
A leader who is able understand and develop EQ better can solve the problems times better than others.
Lesson 4: Detach from the results, work!
Most of the times we are bound by the desire of results and no wonder it effects the course of action as well. Gita teaches us to get detached from the result just focus on delivering the best. If all us focus on giving the best we have at work without worrying about the future we will be less stressed and will attract possitivity.
We should always be striving to perfrom our duties to the fullest and world will reciprocate!
PS: Connecting with roots brings greater prosperity
Business is different than personal life and being able to inculcate spiritual learnings can be a tough job. But the leaders that are able to bring a spiritual touch to their leadership style are able deliver trust and resillience at work.
The Bhagwad Gita seemed to be a instructor of moral values with no relevance in business world, but lesser people have realised how effectively it can boost output at work. With this we come to an end to the first part of spiritual elarning.
Happy reading!
